What is Authentic Relating?

Authentic Relating is a framework of practices that enables us to cultivate meaningful connection in our lives—starting with the connection we have to ourselves. Through expanded self-awareness and attunement, we learn to communicate with more authenticity and active listening, so we can live into our wholeness while making space for others in theirs.

Integrating AR into our lives empowers us to lead ourselves and our relationships into deeper trust, richer connection, and more fulfillment.

What happens at We AR Queer?

Each workshop offers a fresh arc of facilitated exercises and discussion. Through partnered and group experiences, you'll be immersed in practices that offer personal insight, relational awareness, and direct experience of how various communication tools can cultivate authentic and meaningful connection.
